At this unique institution, we hone the academic skills, fine-tune the aesthetic senses and work towards building a holistic culture that values the individuality of each pupil, helping them realize their innate potential. Children are encouraged to explore and revel in the joy of learning. I learnt that though sometimes dark clouds will hover and cover the eternal sky but after every dark phase comes a silver lining. Our silver lining was the undying efforts and hope we placed in our dream, which helped us to take every challenge in good stride. What we are today is the outcome of the good and bad experiences, from which we learnt how to deal with difficult situations and stay calm during turbulent times. For me, one of the biggest challenges that came along our way was, the wave of Covid-19, that engulfed many lives on a brink of an eye. The wrath was such that nobody was allowed to go out and restrictions were imposed because the virus was spreading like haywire. An eerie silence prevailed in schools, colleges and markets that once bustled with human activity.

Leadership

Leadership is the potential to influence behaviour of others. It is also defined as the capacity to influence a group towards the realization of a goal. Leaders are required to develop future visions, and to motivate the organizational members to want to achieve the visions. Itmeans creating and planning, securing resources, and looking out for and improving errors. Leadership is about motivating people to work together and cooperate with themselves and in some cases, other teams, to achieve a certain goal. The leaders here at Cornerstone Executive College are more determined to help each and every student reach their full capacity and acquire knowledge and real life skills that will be vital to them when they have left the school premises to head to other endeavours Effective leaders take a personal interest in the long-term development of their employees, and they use tact and other social skills to encourage employees to achieve their best. 1. To strive to offer the very best possible and balanced quality education adaptable to the changing conditions and the emerging needs and hopes of the society it serves. 2. To develop our students spiritually, intellectually, emotionally, physically, morally and equip them with skills that make them productive for themselves and for society. 3. To fulfill our ethos, school heads, teachers and the students are expected to attend church services and other Christian educational activities organized by the church for the development and furtherance of the Anglican Culture. 4. Teachers should be motivated to deliver education that is relevant and meets the needs of the recipients. What we offer in class should go beyond Institutions to homes and future careers thus bring about total liberation from the bondage of ignorance. 5.
